December Daily 2010 | Day Fifteen

Today's page is very simple.  It features a photo I took of my daughter earlier in the month.  I added some of Ali Edwards' Loving Life Word Art and some Holiday Word Art to the bottom before printing it out.  Then I matted it onto the patterned cardstock from the Anna Griffin Calisto Christmas collection.  Originally I was going to cover a file folder page with this photo, but it wasn't really working for me so instead I just printed and matted the photo.

Here's a close up of just the photo before printing:

For my journaling I wrote a note to Maggie talking about some of the things I love about life with her right now.  After typing it onto my computer I printed it onto some old patterned cardstock from the My Mind's Eye Wild Asparagus collection. matted that onto some Making Memories Chelsea's Place flocked polka dot paper, and then matted that to the back of today's page:

JOURNALING:  My sweet Maggie,  It’s hard to believe how quickly time seems to fly by since you have arrived. Right now you are just a day shy of nine weeks old, and each day we see more of your sweet personality. I get more smiles and coos from you than I seem to recall with your brother and sister, which I love. I love that you love to snuggle with me and daddy. I love that you’re happy when you wake up in the morning. I love to watch you stretch after a good nap. I love seeing how your bubby and sissy just love you so much, and watching them discover what it’s like to have a baby as part of the family. You have changed our lives in so many wonderful ways, coming into this holiday season I already feel so blessed with you in my life. I love you so much! Love, Mommy
