Ahh December...it's finally here! I love love love this month. Even with the busy schedule and everything that must be done, one of the things that I've been looking forward to is December Daily. Documenting the holidays as they happen with words and photos.
I decided to add a title page to my album, a free download made available by Ali Edwards. It's very simple but I may think about adding some embellishment to it later. This album will probably focus more on the pictures and the story and not so much on embellishments, since my free time really is limited with my Maggie here.
For my first page I included a few photographs highlighting a typical weekday for me. I typed out my journaling in Word, added a phrase using Ali Edwards' Holiday Word Art, then printed it out onto Bazzill Basics cardstock in French Vanilla.
On the back I printed a photo of our Christmas tree that I took without my flash. I added some of Ali Edwards' Holiday Outline Word Art as an overlay. To add a little dimension I matted the photo onto gold cardstock and then mounted it with pop dots.
